"Return took a little while, but it worked out"
I had to return a part for my chair and ended up going through the warranty support team. It took maybe a few days or so to hear back, which was a bit slower than I expected, but they did help get everything sorted and sent out a replacement. Not the smoothest experience ever, but overall I’d say it was fair.

"I really wanted to like it..."
I really wanted to like it, but it just wasn’t comfortable for me. After sitting for a while, my back started to hurt, and the ergonomics just felt a bit off.

"Didn’t Feel Adjustable Enough to Trust"
I really wanted this to work, but it just doesn’t adjust enough for me. No matter how I set it, it felt a little awkward and I couldn’t get comfortable with it. I’m cautious about using anything that feels off or not secure, so I ended up not wanting to risk it.

"Not great. For the price, I expected..."
Not great. For the price, I expected better. Some plastic edges were rough, the armrest got wobbly after a few weeks, and the fabric feels like it won’t hold up. Maybe mine was just a bad one, but I’m not impressed.

"Still waiting on my chair"
I ordered this chair weeks ago and it feels like it’s been months at this point. The tracking barely updates, so I keep checking it even though I know it’s probably not going to change. Maybe the chair is fine, but it’s hard to be excited about it when it still hasn’t shown up.

At first, the chair seemed comfortable and I thought it was a decent buy. My brother even tried it out and said it felt solid. But after a few months, the armrest started getting loose and the seat began creaking every time I sat down. For the price, I really expected it to hold up better. I contacted support too, but they weren’t much help, which was disappointing

"Not really worth it for me"
I expected a lot more for the price. The chair is fine, it just feels overhyped and after a few days I didn’t find it all that comfortable. Shipping was okay, I don’t have any complaints there, but overall it feels like I paid a premium price for something average.

"Firm at first, but honestly comfy"
The seat felt a bit firm when I first sat down, like I wasn’t sure about it at first, but after using it through a few long work days it’s actually really comfortable. Kind of one of those things where you notice it less the longer you sit, which is good. Overall, really happy with it.

"Nice back support, but I’m still seeing how it holds up"
I got my chair from hinomi.co mostly because I wanted better lumbar support, and so far it’s been good. My lower back doesn’t feel as worn out after sitting through long work days, which is a big plus. It did take me a few days to mess around with the settings and get it feeling right, and the seat was a bit firmer than I expected at first. I’m happy with it overall, though I’m not totally sure yet how well the materials will hold up over time.

"Went together easily"
I got this put together faster than I expected, and nothing really gave me trouble. The instructions were clear enough and the parts lined up fine. it was painless. Then suddenly I was like, wait, that’s it? I’m done? Definitely a nice surprise.

"Support was good enough, quick too"
Had a little mess with my order, so I sent support a message. They actually replied fast, faster than I thought they would. I did have to explain the problem twice, which was kind of annoying, like it wasn’t super smooth at first. But once they got what I meant, they helped fix it and it turned out okay. Not perfect, but decent enough. I’d give it 4 stars
